When will my order ship?

We aim to have every order processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

 

How will my order ship?

Our preferred shipping method is by courier, either Couriers Please or Aramax (Fastway).  If you live in regional Australia, we will likely post your order through Australia Post.

 

Do you ship Worldwide?

We do ship many products Worldwide! All of our Walk Wear will ship Worldwide. We can't wait to see your pup in our gear! Fragile products such as Pet Bowls and Mugs, will ship within Australia only.

Import duties and taxes are at the buyer's expense.


Can I choose a font that's not listed on your website?

I will do everything I can to bring your personalisation dreams to life! If you have a font in mind that is not an option currently listed, please send me an email to chat about other options available! 

  

Do we accept returns?

If your order arrives faulty, please get in touch with us by email to discuss your return/exchange/refund options. We do not accept returns for a change or mind. We also ask that you measure your pet carefully before purchasing Walk Wear, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. We do not accept returns on personalised products.  If you’d like to see a proof of your pet’s name prior to us applying to the bowl, please send us an email and we will gladly send you pics to make sure it’s just right!

 

What happens if my bowl arrives broken?

To date, we have shipped over 500 bowls Australia-wide, and have only had less than 10 arrive broken.  We take extra care when packing your fragile order and hope the couriers handle your package with care. If your bowl arrives broken, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement!
